Rapid weight loss is a great female passion that is worse and stronger than any hurricane. There is nothing to encourage you to suddenly start losing weight like e. g. A night pie or a hard zipper on his pants. Do you agree?
In my case, it all started with a Saturday sausage noodle. I was sitting at home at work, and in the evening my brain wanted something pleasant and harmful - flour. The choice fell on a roll and a sausage. I ate calmly and after 30 minutes I remembered going to a restaurant in a new dress next Saturday!
The dress of his choice, even before this sausage, already indicated that he would let him down and betray him at the last minute. But I didn't believe it. Until I put it up again. As you can imagine, I hated all the sausages in the world that were ever in me, the now hanging and the later (but God forbid! ) Sausage.
It was necessary to solve the problem efficiently, quickly, and innocently. Sports, increased fasting and a one-size-fits-all outfit, I didn’t even think of.
After a long search and study of the opinions of doctors on the internet, I decided to continue on the flower diet, i. e. six petals. Why it’s better than others, I’ll tell you below.
What is the essence of nutrition
The developed menu applies to express mono-diets. This means that products from the same group alternate every day. It is designed for a short time and cannot be repeated regularly.
The flower pattern is as follows (spread over 6 days):
- a fish
- fermented milk and milk products,
The menu should be followed in this order. Then the weight loss process will be active. As you can see, proteins and complex carbohydrates alternate here. However, you eat well all week.
Tea, coffee and water are also hung. The latter is important to drink in sufficient quantities. Like this? Every time you feel dry throat, thirst, drink.
Other liquids can, of course, be present without gas, sugar and other additives. A little salt and pepper is allowed from the spices.
We exclude all sweets, alcohol, flour (damn sausage! ), Fast food, and semi-finished products from the diet. The restrictions apply not only to the next 6 days, but also to the following month. This is a necessary step in the diet in order not to gain weight right away (and the body wants to do it primarily).
Remember: 1 day - 1 licensed product and results do not wait long. You checked yourself!
In any case, I advise you to print a flower template on the fridge with the approved products marked. Although, as my experience shows, without it, don’t forget about a reduced diet for next week.

Before moving on to the menu, it is important to talk about all the pros and cons.
- First, there are a number of serious limitations and contraindications to mono-nutrition.
Not suitable for you if:
- kidney disease
- liver disease
- gastrointestinal problems
- any type of diabetes,
- breastfeeding or pregnant
- suffered from serious illnesses, surgeries, colds (in which case you should consult your doctor about your condition),
- allergic to any of the products on the list.
Girls, this is no joke. Only decide on a diet after a diet. Luckily, I was at the front desk the day before and I knew I could afford this way to lose weight.
- Second, such a diet triggers breakdowns, and if you don’t control yourself, you can gain even more than before.
- Third, the menu is quite strict and full of restrictions. Although the products alternate, there will still be little food within a day. Remember that you need to get out of your diet smoothly. That is, the journey of a low-calorie diet does not end after 6 days, but continues for another month.
What are the benefits?
There are results. Some have more, some have less. In six days, I came across stories about losing pounds. Someone managed to lose up to 5 kg. It all depends on your starting weight, metabolism and full-day mobility.
Nutritionists advise combining 6 petals with sports. Personally, I couldn’t be active. Due to the low calorie content, there was little energy during the day.
Also from the positive - the dynamism of the diet. There is something new every day. You don't have time to get used to it and get bored.
The result is such an express wand that, with some reservations, can be used several times a year before important events. Anyway, spoiler, I ended up in my clothes! But then the restaurant had to give up dessert and alcohol.
The first day
Only fish are allowed. Some nutritionists believe that low-fat varieties are needed. At the same time, I came across the opinion of a European doctor who claimed the opposite. There are many myths around fats. The most important thing is to get obese. But this is not the case. In addition, under the conditions of a scarce product range, Omega does not hurt at all. You can cook in any way except frying, smoking and salting. Boil soups, stew, fry. Otherwise, you can consume up to 500 grams per day. What can you do here?
For example, cook fish soup without additional additives and drink broth while consuming fillets. Bake a portion of the product and eat it for lunch and dinner. Every time hunger prevails - drink broth, coffee and tea.
The first day will be especially difficult. I know for myself. Especially when you’re an active person and have a lot to do. But it will be even easier.
The second day
Row of vegetables. You can eat 1500 kg. That, I would say, a lot. Here the imagination is not limited. Especially now, during the harvest period. You know even better what you can cook. But remember, baking is prohibited.
Personally saved vegetable salads, zucchini stew, carrots, potatoes and onions, braised cabbage. It was one of the happiest days of the diet!
It's chicken time. There is not enough space here. The day was sad again. You can boil it for 500 grams (exactly as much as you can) and drink tea or coffee during the day. You can cook broth, fry meat in spices. And that's usually it. Heavy but bearable.
Cereals. Life here seemed easy and pleasant too. The allowable quantity is 400 grams of grain. And that's a lot. Personally, I ended up eating less. Boil oatmeal in water for breakfast, buckwheat for lunch, and bulgur for dinner. Hearty and varied.
Fifth border. It's almost over
Cream stage. Any fermented dairy product is allowed. Again, I advise you to be greasy but not sweet. For example, cottage cheese, yogurt, koumiss, ayran, kefir. It is permissible to add a drop of milk to coffee and tea. For me personally, the stage was difficult.
The home section is the sweetest. You can eat fruit, but not too sweet. Bananas, grapes are forbidden, and dried fruit is very limited.
In summer, such a diet is quite harmonious. But it will be harder in winter. Finding the fruit is not easy and you cannot live with apples in cold weather.
However, all bad things end as well as your torment. By the end of the expression, you are happy to notice the changes in your body. It is helpful to take photos before and after the process to see what the restrictions apply to.

People on a 6 petal diet
Opinions are different. Someone calmly endured the rehearsals and generally reviewed his habits, refusing to consume sweets and starchy foods. Someone was on a hard diet. It was hard for me in places. I don't want to repeat it.
Nor can doctors tell you for sure how your diet will affect you. It’s best to start with your condition, your current weight. I support talking to nutrition and nutrition counselors. Maybe a completely different option will suit.
In my experience, it wasn’t easy. In the first stage, I regretted getting involved in this story. It was also unpleasant on the cottage cheese day because I don’t like fermented dairy products. Plus, when you work in an office and eat with your colleagues, it’s impossible to hide from the smells and types of others ’plates. They are tempted, prone to illegal acts. Several times I wanted to steal a piece of meat from a colleague under his nose as well as steal all the candy. But I persevered.
My result is minus 3 kilograms. I am satisfied and with a beautiful dress that is right for me.
